Ukrainian dinner

I'm at my parent's place tonight. Some of you may recall that a few years ago I blogged about my Ukrainian heritage. I think I've even shown this same dish that I've made before, but can't find it now. I did find a very similar recipe here.  Anyhow, today's picture is of my absolute favourite Ukrainian dish, so good! And Mom cooked it too, even better!
