proudly posting photos
Here I am, proudly posting photos of my Kauni on my blog to share with you all. Then I pop over here to see what everyone has been up to with their sweaters. In two days, so much has changed. People have been receiving yarn (and treats for waiting for yarn), cutting steeks, knitting arms (even on two circular needles - wow, that's so cool! - but you aren't going to get me away from my double points - I love them too much). It really is an amazing thing to see how everyone is doing.
But it also makes me realize that there is a dark side to KALs: Some people knit faster/have more knitting time/or are way better at knitting than myself.
And it also makes me realize the light side to KALs: Some people knit faster/have more knitting time/or are way better at knitting than myself.
I love what everyone has done, it's inspiring. But I am secretly (Well not so secretly anymore, but they say the first step to improvement is admitting your flaw(s).) envious of how quickly some of you have knit this sweater.
If anyone is interested, there are more photos of my snail like progress on my blog, Trampled by Geese.

Kaunis are as unique as their creators and we need to appreciate all of them. I had been knitting like a fiend and kind of overdid it (at least my wrist is telling me so!) -- sounds like a case of the tortoise and the hare to moi!! So, it's not over until it's over!

And I am about to go on a two week vacation with the sweater left behind. I expect when I come back you are going to have long gone past me!

Don't feel bad.. I work 9 hrs a day (lately no lunch breaks), walk the dogs a half hr a day, drive an hour a day, and have a big home that I maintain by myself. That gives me about 8 hrs a week to knit if its a good week. I'm so envious of those that dont work or take public transportation. But it is Saturday so if I get busy and get my house cleaned, I may find an hour this afternoon!

Hi!
I've found this message to be very useful, though the information is not rather new.
I'm your permanent reader now!
p.s. BTW, what happened to your site template? Or is it just my browser? :)

Bush called the passage of the pact "a way forward to help the Iraqi people realize the blessings of a free society."
As the U.S. and Iraqi national anthems played and Iraqi troops looked on,
Bush ducked, and the shoes, flung one at a time, sailed past his head during the news conference

There is no I understand that you need to discuss all,
but it is impossible to create that that like a forum or
at least a photo to add ато the text simply not interestingly
looks and it would not be desirable to read at all?!
