I took this week off as vacation time in order to finish getting ready for Christmas. Today was a fairly relaxing day with only a few household tasks to complete, but I have more plans for later in the week (and tomorrow too actually). I knit quite a bit on Klaralund #2, and am about six inches away from completing the first piece, a sleeve. As I'm knitting this in Black Patons Classic, I won't be showing any WIP pics here. Not exactly exciting blog fodder. This is a no mind knit, but I'm quite enjoying it as it allows my mind to wonder. I've wanted a simple black pullover for some time, and as I am pleased with my first Klaralund, I decided to be boring and knit the same pattern twice.
I did prepare one Christmas gift in the kitchen today, which you can see in the pop-up top the right. This is a yummy and quick no-bake treat. Just in case you're interested, the recipe follows.

Those treats look really, really yummy!!!

Happy Christmas,
I've made the same treats, but with almonds instead. Super yummy, and people rave about it.

Merry Christmas. Enjoy your time off. I am going to try your recipe. I'm making gift trays for the neighbors and those will be a nice addition.
Always like reading about your knitting and pics of your sweet kitties!:)
